How long is the delivery time?
Standard shipping is 15-40 business days, depending on the product.

Please note: Certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at my-ownplace@my-ownplace.com . If you haven’t received your order within 35 business days, you are welcome to contact our customer support for a full refund (This policy excludes customer input errors).

Can I change the shipping address after making an order?
If you have put down the wrong address or want to change the address, please send us an email as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, it is unlikely we can do anything. If the order has not been shipped, we will try on a best endeavors basis to amend the shipping details.

Is my personal information secure?
At My Own Place, we keep to the highest industry standards. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.
